Privacy policy

1. Who are we?

Autom8ted is an AI studio based in Mortsel (Antwerp) that builds automations, websites and AI tools. You can reach us at hello@autom8ted.be. VAT: BE 1037.472.507. Autom8ted is the controller for the processing of your personal data as described in this policy.

2. What data do we collect?

We only collect the data you provide to us yourself:

• Through the request form: your name, email address, company name, optionally your phone number, the sector and services you select, and your message.
• By email: your email address, your name and the content of your message.

To prevent misuse of the form, we also record the time of your request and your IP address.

3. What do we use your data for?

• To respond to your request or question and to schedule an introductory call
• To prepare a proposal, quote or agreement if you become a client
• To prevent spam and misuse of the form

The legal basis is your own request (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in preventing misuse. We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long do we keep your data?

Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are kept for a maximum of 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your data for as long as the collaboration lasts and thereafter for as long as legal (accounting) obligations require. Would you like us to delete your data sooner? One email is enough; we will do so within 7 working days, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• object to the processing;
• receive your data in a portable format.

To do so, email hello@autom8ted.be. We will reply within 30 days. You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

6. Security

Form submissions are sent over a secure connection (https) and stored securely with our hosting provider. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

7. Cookies and external services

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising networks. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not via Google Fonts.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The most recent version is always available on this page.
