2. Scope

These terms apply to every visit to and use of autom8ted.be, and to all services provided by Autom8ted. Deviations only apply if they have been agreed in writing.

3. Services

Autom8ted offers, among other things:

• AI scans and advice on using AI
• AI workshops and training for teams
• AI automations and workflow optimisation
• Development of websites and web applications
• Custom AI tools and AI assistants

The description, price and timing of each assignment are set out in a separate proposal or agreement.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, code and designs) is the property of Autom8ted and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Custom work remains the property of Autom8ted until paid in full. After payment, the rights transfer to the client, unless agreed otherwise. General knowledge, methods and reusable building blocks remain the property of Autom8ted.

5. Liability

We work with care, but are not liable for:

• indirect damage, such as loss of profit or loss of data;
• temporary unavailability of the website or of third-party services;
• damage resulting from the use of AI-generated content without human review;
• actions or failures of third parties (hosting providers, API providers and the like).

Our liability is in any case limited to the amount of the invoices paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.

6. Use of the website

It is prohibited to use this website for unlawful purposes, spam, phishing or other activities that may cause harm to Autom8ted or third parties.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise, and are expressed in euros. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payment incurs contractual interest.

Because Autom8ted provides custom services, there is no right of withdrawal (art. VI.53, 1° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). Once an assignment has started, paid advances are not refunded, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Autom8ted's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes

Autom8ted may change these terms. The most recent version is always available on this page.
