What does an AI project cost?
Every project has a fixed price, agreed in advance. After a free introductory call, you'll receive a proposal with a concrete figure within 48 hours. No hourly rates, no surprises afterwards.
Do we need to be technical?
No. We build and maintain the systems. You get something that works within your daily routine, explained in plain language.
Does this work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. We build around what you already have: your inbox, calendar, Excel or Google Sheets, CRM, project tool or accounting software. If a connection can't be made reliably, we'll tell you up front.
How quickly will something be up and running?
A first working version is usually ready within a few days to two weeks. We start small and expand once it has proven itself in practice.
What happens to our data?
It stays yours. We work in line with the GDPR, choose European processing wherever possible, and only use your data to make your system work. The agreements are in writing.
Do you take the EU AI Act into account?
Yes. We build transparent systems in which a person stays in control of important decisions, and we document which AI is used for what.
Will AI replace our staff?
That isn't our aim. AI takes over the repetitive work, so people have more time for work that needs attention, judgement and craft.
Does AI solve everything?
No. Some tasks are better left to people. In the first conversation you'll hear honestly what makes sense and what doesn't, even if that means there's no project.
Do you work outside Antwerp?
Yes. We work with clients across Flanders and Belgium, and internationally too. Meetings and workshops can take place on site or online, in English or Dutch.
What's the difference with a large IT firm or consultancy?
We're small and work directly: the person you talk to is the person who builds. That makes us faster and more affordable for teams of five to fifty people. For heavy ERP projects, we'll honestly refer you elsewhere.
What if something stops working?
We build for low maintenance and stay reachable. One message is enough and we'll look into it.
Which AI do you work with?
We choose the best tool for each project, for example models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI or Google, and automation platforms such as Make or n8n. We aren't tied to any single vendor.
